Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JeJe Craft.

Many of our items are prepared or made to order. Please allow time for us to carefully prepare your order before shipment.

Processing Time

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped. It does not include shipping or delivery time.

Typical processing times are:

  • DIY Kits: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Ready-Made / Finished Items: approximately 10 business days or longer

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and the complexity of handmade items.

If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, the order will generally ship once all items are ready.

International Shipping

We ship to eligible international destinations where available at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by JeJe Craft and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

JeJe Craft is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are outside our direct control.
